Best and Worst
I don't know about you but I was completely, pleasantly, surprised by the turn out of the awards, I really enjoyed watching it last night. Not only because Eastenders didn't win everything but actually because the atmosphere seemed so wonderful, it was very interesting to see if anyone that I had voted for had won. I personally feel that everyone should win because the story lines have been incredible this year already although they do like to drag them.
But back to fashion! There were a lot of really beautiful but also really irrelevant dresses whether it's out of their age group to if they were dressed for the correct occasion, there were some unexpected fashion disasters.
I want to begin with my opinion of the worst dressed on the catwalk last night. I've selected this little bunch because I was expecting a lot more from them whether it was due to the way their character is expressed I'm not sure.
To the left is Hollyoaks actress Gemma Merna is wearing a sheer number showing off her latest bikini wax. Although her hair and make-up is beautiful and elegant her dress gives off the wrong impression. To the right is Eastenders acress Jessie Wallace who seems to be stuck in the wrong era, I'm not a big fan of this look!
My second selection of worst dressed are Eastenders stars Rachel Bright and Shona McGarty. It seems like Eastenders weren't having a good night with their lack of style and awards which is a shame because their acting skills are incredible. Both girls have gone for stunning make up and hair do's, Shona with her beautiful curled locks and Rachel's natural complexion but unfortunately something in the wardrobe went horribly wrong! Beautiful Rachel looks under-dressed which is a big shame although it would be perfect for a summer's day out and Shona's dress would be really beautiful without the mixed textures. What do you think?

I know you are all eager to see who I've placed onto my best dressed list I wanted to add in a little who wore it better feature so indeed I have. Both Corrie's actress Brooke Vincent and Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe pulled off the trouser suit, very formal look wearing very similar pieces.
Both ladies have pulled off the look fabulously, both selecting items that flatter them most. Jennifer went for a braless look under a simple white statement blazer and although she is wearing more black then Brooke I still think Brooke looks better. Simply because she looks elegant and even with slightly casual footwear she looks effortlessly beautiful. What do you think?
And now for the moment a lot of you have been patiently, waiting to see... my little list of best dressed from last night and I can tell you my picks are truly stunning ladies.
If you watched the show last night you would have noticed that there was a beautiful pregnant lady there called Lucy Jo Hudson, who actually starred in Coronation St a few years ago, is formerly married to Alan Halsall, Corrie's Tyrone. Lucy pulled off a simple white gown with flawless make-up and a pair of statement earrings to give her a radiant glow. I'm glad to see that her bump isn't in a tight dress, she looks extremely sophisticated and very gorgeous. A stylish mummy to-be!
Another beauty on my list is the absolutely stunning Michelle Keegan who is standing happy and proud with new boyfriend Mark Wright. No wonder she won the Sexiest Woman Award, she is a natural beauty and as you can see looks beautiful all over.
My second set of best dressed are two other ladies who were up for the Sexiest Woman Award, Emmerdale actress Natalie Anderson and Eastenders actress Jaqueline Jossa. Natalie is wearing a simple, low cut dress and Jaqueline was seen in a gorgeous, sophisticated coral gown. Both girls look equally stunning.
Last but not least on my list is Corrie's actress Georgia May Foote who looked very glam in red and Eastenders actress Hetti Bywater who looked glamorous in a stunning black gown.
